Rasoterra makes wheat an essential element in the world of pizza


The journey of Rasoterra - Pizza Experience starts from where it all begins: from 100% Italian wheat and its vast fields to man’s labour for the creation of the dough. This last is made using complex techniques such as biga and poolish, which give the product a greater taste, aroma, maturation and friability.
It is a full return to the Great Mother, the land that offers genuine and natural raw materials.
Pizza becomes an experience, the house for a culinary journey that brings together the work of Nature and Man into a single story. A work of great symbiosis that finds the ideal combination in wheat and leavened products.
Pizza experience wants to guide the customer on this journey that goes beyond pizza and gains experience as well as awareness of healthy and ethically responsible food because it respects every natural path together with human work.
Rasoterra aspires to find the best Italian stone-ground organic grains, enclosed in fine flours that become highly digestible pizzas, where the nutritional value of the grain is kept untouched. In this way, the principle of respect for the product and for the consumer is defended and protected.
We select 100% Italian meats. The Sicilian ones are chosen from local grazing farms.
